Weekly Prayer
Week 1: Prayer for the City of Jasper
Scripture: “You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden.” – Matthew 5:14
Prayer:
“Lord, we pray for the community of Jasper. Let Your light shine here, drawing hearts to You. Use us to serve with love and bring hope to every corner of this city. In Jesus’ name, Amen.”
Week 2: Prayer for the Launch Team
Scripture: “Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” – Galatians 6:9
Prayer:
“Lord, we thank You for every member of this team. Strengthen and encourage us as we prepare to serve. Unite our hearts and guide us to fulfill Your purpose. In Jesus’ name, Amen.”
Week 3: Prayer for Families
Scripture: “As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.” – Joshua 24:15
Prayer:
“Father, we lift up the families in our church and community. Bless their homes with peace and Your presence. Draw them closer to You and to one another. In Jesus’ name, Amen.”
Week 4: Prayer for Volunteers and Ministry Leaders
Scripture: “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord.” – Colossians 3:23
Prayer:
“Lord, we pray for everyone serving in ministry. Equip them with wisdom, joy, and strength as they give their time and talents to You. Let their efforts bring glory to Your name. Amen.”
Week 5: Prayer for the Lost
Scripture: “For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.” – Luke 19:10
Prayer:
“Jesus, we pray for those in our community who don’t yet know You. Open their hearts to Your love and salvation. Use us to reach them with Your gospel. In Jesus’ name, Amen.”
